It will be a 'reverse' layout with the galley to the stern-then the saloon area before a 'walk-thru' bathroom with a quadrant shower leads into the bedroom with a fixed double bed (extendable) at the bow. Services include central heating, mains & 12volt electrics, cassette toilet, 12volt fridge and gas cooker.
The boat could initially be moored at either Crick or Yelvertoft Marinas which are local to North Kilworth Wharf near junction 18 of the M1.
This boat is offered for a private syndicate of 7 co-owners
A 1/7th share would cost £9950 and an annual contribution of £495 should cover marina, canal licence, insurance and annual maintenance. 4 weeks cruising would be guarenteed between April-October whilst 'bonus' weeks can be reserved between November-March.
The syndicate is self managing so there are no hidden costs once the scheme is running. North Kilworth Boatbuilders have all the legal documentation relevant to a private syndicate share holding and there is just a one off payment of £250 per share allocation for issuing the contracts and 1/7th equitable share in the boat. We can help in advising the syndicate how best to manage/run the scheme.
